These Terms & Conditions govern any purchase of video editing services and related add-ons provided by HIT THE RECORD LTD ("HTR").

1. Key rule
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prices and add-ons apply per video.
Project storage is billed per project per year.
2. Orders
An order is confirmed once you accept these Terms and payment is received.
Any "On request" item (Urgent 24h, 4h+ footage, AI video) requires written approval by HTR before production.
3. Footage duration tiers
Footage tiers are based on the total combined duration of all raw files provided for the video.
If actual footage exceeds the selected tier, HTR may request the correct tier payment before delivery.
4. Final duration extension
If the delivered final video exceeds the standard duration included in your chosen format, the Final Duration Extension applies.
If selected in advance but the final video stays within the standard duration, the extension is not charged.
5. Revisions
3 revision rounds are included by default.
Unlimited revisions (+100€) apply within the original brief only.
Additional revision rounds may be charged (+10€/version).
Major changes in direction, structure, script, or scope are treated as a change request and may require additional fees and time.
6. Delivery times
Delivery starts once HTR has received payment, a usable brief, and all required assets.
Express 48h: +50€ (business days).
Urgent 24h: on request (from +150€), subject to availability.
7. Source files / project files
HTR does not provide editing project/source files (Premiere/AE projects, timelines, presets, templates, etc.).
Only final exports (and selected additional formats) are delivered.
All internal production assets, templates, styles, and project files remain the property of HTR and/or the assigned editor.
8. Rights
Once fully paid, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the final exported videos.
You warrant you own/hold rights to all materials you provide.
9. Liability
HTR provides services with reasonable care and skill. Indirect losses are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant order, except where law prohibits.
